These terms explain how parents and caregivers may use LittleSteps Hub to keep family memories, activities, media, and community posts organised.
Last updated: July 19, 2026LittleSteps Hub is a private family platform for parents and caregivers. It helps families record journal notes, child activities, progress, important moments, community posts, and cloud media references.
The service is designed for adults. Children should not create or manage accounts directly.
You are responsible for the account you create and for keeping your login details secure. If you invite another parent or caregiver into a family space, you confirm that they are allowed to access that family information.
Family members may see shared family content, including child profiles, journal entries, activity schedules, uploaded media references, and selected settings.
You keep ownership of the notes, photos, posts, contact details, and other content you add. By adding content, you allow LittleSteps Hub to store, display, organise, and process it so the service can work for your family.
You must only upload or post content that you have the right to use and share. Do not upload harmful, illegal, abusive, misleading, or privacy-invading content.
If you connect Google Drive or another supported storage provider, LittleSteps Hub may create or use a dedicated app folder and save or read files needed for your family memories. The current Google Drive integration uses limited app-file access.
Files stored in your personal cloud account remain subject to that provider's own terms and settings. Disconnecting a cloud account may stop new uploads and previews from working inside LittleSteps Hub.
AI features may help rewrite journal notes or create family-friendly summaries. AI output can be imperfect, so parents should review important text before relying on it.
Free AI usage may be limited. Paid AI credits or subscriptions may be added later, and any paid terms will be shown before purchase.
Community news, event posts, free item posts, sale posts, comments, and reports should stay respectful and relevant to parents. Admins and moderators may moderate, edit, hide, block, or delete content that breaks these terms or creates risk for other users.
Parents are responsible for checking item details, safety, collection, payment, and communication outside the platform.
LittleSteps Hub is still evolving. Features may change, pause, or be removed as the product improves.
We may update these terms when the service changes. The updated date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
