1. Information we collect
We collect account information such as email address, display name, authentication identifiers, language preference, and admin or family membership status.
Parents may add family information, child profiles, profile photos, journal notes, activities, progress details, important moments, media metadata, community posts, comments, reports, and private contact details for marketplace-style posts.
When AI features are used, we may store usage events such as feature name, date, account, token estimates, credit source, and estimated cost so admins can manage fair usage and billing.
2. Google Drive and cloud data
When you connect Google Drive, LittleSteps Hub requests limited Drive access so it can create or use an app folder, upload files you select, list app-folder files, and show previews inside the platform.
We store the connection details needed to keep the integration working, such as provider email, folder id, folder name, access token, refresh token, and expiry date. These records are used only to provide the Drive features you choose to use.
LittleSteps Hub does not request broad access to your whole Google Drive. Avoid changing the app folder manually if you want uploads and previews to keep working.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and manage accounts, connect family members, save family memories, show media previews, schedule activities, support community features, provide admin moderation, track AI credit usage, improve reliability, and protect the platform.
We may use service providers such as Supabase, Cloudflare, Google APIs, OpenAI, and payment or email providers when those features are enabled. These providers process data only as needed for the service.
4. Sharing
Family data is shared with members of the same family space. Admins may access account and family data where needed for support, moderation, safety, billing, or platform operation.
Approved community posts may also be visible to visitors before sign-in. Comments and private contact details require an account. Private contact details for free or sale posts are shown only after another parent requests to get in touch.
5. Children's information
LittleSteps Hub is for parents and caregivers, not for children to use directly. Parents decide what child information is added and are responsible for making sure they have the right to add it.
Please avoid adding sensitive information that is not needed for the family journal or activity experience.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep information while the account or family space is active, or as needed for security, support, legal, billing, or backup purposes.
Parents can request deletion of account, family, community, or cloud connection data by contacting alex.anescu.dev@gmail.com. Cloud files stored in your own Google Drive may also need to be deleted from Google Drive directly.
7. Your choices
You can choose what you add to the platform, whether to connect Drive, whether to use AI features, and whether to post in the community.
You can revoke Google Drive access from your Google Account permissions at any time. After revocation, Drive upload and preview features may stop until you reconnect.
