Data Deletion Instructions

1. Request deletion by email

Send an email to alex.anescu.dev@gmail.com from the email address used for your LittleSteps Hub account.

Include what you want deleted: your account, a family space, child profiles, journal entries, community posts, comments, reports, AI usage records, or cloud connection records.

2. What happens next

We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account or family before deleting data. This protects families from accidental or unauthorised deletion.

After verification, we will delete or anonymise eligible LittleSteps Hub records within a reasonable period, normally up to 30 days unless a legal, security, billing, or backup reason requires longer retention.

3. Google Drive files

If your photos or files were uploaded to your own Google Drive, those files are stored in your Google account. You can delete them directly from Google Drive.

You can also revoke app access from your Google Account permissions. LittleSteps Hub can delete its saved Drive connection records on request, but it may not be able to remove files that remain in your Google Drive after access is revoked.

4. Community posts and contact details

You can request deletion of your community posts, comments, reports, and private contact details. Admins may also remove or hide community content for moderation and safety.

If another parent has already contacted you outside LittleSteps Hub, we cannot delete messages stored in their email, phone, or other external apps.

5. Keep a copy first

Deletion may be permanent. Before requesting deletion, save any family memories, photos, notes, or certificates that you want to keep.
